We’re grateful for every listener and customer. This policy explains how returns and refunds work for digital downloads and physical merchandise (like T-shirts).
Our music and downloadable files are non-refundable once the purchase is completed and the files are delivered.
Refunds are only offered if:
You accidentally made duplicate purchases.
The download file is corrupt or inaccessible.
Please contact us within 7 days of purchase for assistance.
We want you to love your purchase!
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you can request a replacement or refund within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return or exchange:
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
Include your order number and reason for return in your email.
We do not accept returns for:
Wrong size ordered (please check the size chart before buying).
Items damaged through normal wear or improper care.
Clearance or final-sale items.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
